Who wants to hang around in the basement? You will if you decorate it properly. This often unused part of the house can be made quite useful with a little bit of creative basement decorating. Come up with your best basement ideas - it doesn’t have to be hard to decorate. Some basement improvements can be expensive, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be that way. Choose a purpose for the room first. A play room? A workshop? A crafts room? Then plan it out for what will best suit this activity. A few coats of paint and some good lighting can make a big difference in any basement.
